The number 16 is my normal bus...
We don't know what happened clearly yet, whether the bus broke the lights or something went wrong with the signalling systems, but we should know soon. Till then, rumours fly.

Maybe you caused it by stopping your bike in the middle of O'Connell street to pointlessly threaten a taxi driver.
If I could cause an accident on O'Connell Street by stopping my bike on a pedestrian crossing on Wexford Street, I would truly be a force to be reckoned with.
Amazed nobody was killed. Looks like the bus probably ran the lights tbh, I think it's less likely that the luas ploughed on into a busy street.
